Q.Does the price include set up and delivery?
A.Delivery cost is added at time of checkout and is based off of distance from our location. Set up can also be added for an additional fee upon request.
Q.Do you deliver to other cities?
A.Yes, but once again please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees can be quite high. Please call our office for a current quote.
Q.How long is standard rental time?
A.Rental is dropped off atleast 2 hours before requested event time and is usually picked up atleast 2 hours after requested event time. Overnight rentals can be booked as well by changing the time at checkout.
Q.When do you set up?
A.Generally, drop off and / or set up will occur the day before the rental if it is needed in the morning. If it is an afternoon / evening rental we may drop off between 2-4 hours before the rental. We will be in contact to communicate drop off and pick up expectations
Q.What about parks?
A.We love setting up at parks but most parks but you must have have constant supervision of our rental equipment and assume responsibility for it during your rental hours.
Q.What payments do you take?
A.Cash or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.

Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.Yes all orders require a Credit Card deposit. The are fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 8 days prior to your rental date. If you cancel between 2-7 days prior to your rental you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year.
Q.What surfaces do you set up on?
A.We can set up on most surfaces, but we will need flat, sturdy areas to maintain the safety for everyone involved.
Q.Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
A.Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
Q.Are we responsible for the rentals if they damaged in any way?
A.Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our rentals. However, any intentional damage or damage caused by operation outside the usual scope of use (ie. standing, jumping, etc. on rentals) will result in an additional charge for the customer.
